School starts every day at 8 AM and ends at 3 PM.
If your child wears glasses, please make sure they come to school with their glasses every day.
There is a field trip to the Museum of Science and Industry on Friday, May 26th. Please send a bag lunch with your child, as we will be eating at the museum.
We will continue literacy stations. I am done with reading testing, and Ms. Ruther still has one student to test. Please be on the lookout for a half sheet of paper with your child’s reading level on it, as well as a full-sized paper with reading strategies/skills you can practice at home with your child.
I will continue to pull guided reading groups and focus on reading skills and strategies.
For our literacy unit, we will read select stories from the book “Days with Frog and Toad”.
We will continue to practice using evidence from the text to answer questions, as well as discuss character traits.
